When plans are made for a western wedding, most couples control many of the details, but when it comes to the wedding cake, they may have to settle for what is available at their local cake decorating shop. There is another way to insure your western wedding cake is just what your envisioned it to be, and that is create your own design.
Designing beautiful western-wedding-cakes starts with choosing the cake patterns that fit your wedding theme. My western wedding had an outdoor theme. We used wild flowers gathered from our ranch on the cake to continue our outdoor theme. We completed the look with an adorable western themed cake top.
